Blessed (happy, blithesome, joyous, [a]spiritually prosperous—[b]with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the MEEK (the mild, patient, long-suffering), for they shall inherit the earth!
Society has taught us that a person who is meek is someone weak. A doormat who gets pushed around etc etc.
But being meek is quite the opposite. In the book by Charles Swindoll "Improving Your Serve" meekness can be described as " a wild stallion that been tamed, brought under control."
Each and everyone one of us have a wild stallion inside with emotions running all kinds of ways. But today let's allow the Holy Spirit to TAME our characters and make us the person we were purposed to be.
